1. What does NO commission mean?

NO commission means exactly that, you only pay from £399.00 + VAT when you place your property on the market with us along with £50 + VAT for a sign board if required. There are no other fee's/payments to us whatsoever and definately NO Commission

3. What else do I get?

We supply and erect a signboard, print unlimited property particulars including multiple photographs, we also handle all enquiries and viewings for your security and peace of mind. We check the status of your buyer by asking questions about their mortgage arrangements and any related property sales. We then formally instruct your chosen solicitors to act for you and your buyer. All post sales enquiries are then dealt with via a dedicated help-line.

4. Are my personal details secure?

All information in our database is confidential. Move and Save is registered under the Data Protection Act.

5. How do I know how much is my property worth?

Investigate the current price of property for sale in your neighbourhood and compare your house to theirs, check prices in local papers and Estate Agents windows and internet property web sites looking for comparisons. Ask two or three local Estate Agents to give you a free valuation most agents offer this service because they hope you will place your property with them.

6. Can I use traditional Estate Agent as well as Move & Save?
Yes, and you'll certainly multiply your chances of selling yes but we recommend that you check the small print in the Estate Agents contract you may have to pay them their commission in full even if Move & Save find the buyer.

7. What If I'm already using an Estate Agent?

No problem, you'll increase your exposure to buyers and multiply your chances of selling and remember you don't pay any commission to us on completion of your sale.

8. Should I tell my Estate Agent?
Yes, It will avoid any misunderstanding over commission at a later date and it will serve to focus their minds on marketing your property more aggressively.

9. How can you offer so much yet charge so little?

You have to ask why traditional Estate Agents charge so much, it's certainly not just related to the amount of time and effort involved in selling your property otherwise they would offer a big discount if they sell it in the first week. Traditional Estate Agents fee's are linked to their high overheads, i.e. Multi-offices, lots of staff, surveyors and valuers, company cars etc. Todays technology means that information about your property can be delivered quickly and economically to thousands of potential buyers, this technology combined with low centralised overheads means we can provide you with a genuine credible alternative to the traditional Estate Agent.

10. Do you do Valuations?

Yes we can do valuations if you're not sure about the asking price.

Move & Save was created by Martin Williams who has over 20 years experience in Estate Agency is a member of The National Association Of Estate Agents and has contributed to property issues on Century 106 radio, Central TV and appeared on Channel Four's Property Ladder with Sarah Beeney.

11. The Property Misdescriptions Act (1991)

All our properties are covered by the Property Misdescriptions Act (1991) (P.M.A.). We believe this policy is important in protecting and promoting the quality of the service we offer to home buyers. The P.M.A. provides protection to the general public with regard to the information presented on a property being accurate and up to date. We cannot therefore accept details provided by the vendor, our policy is to visit each property and produce our own professional written details with photographs compliant with the act.

12. The Ombudsman for Estate Agents (O.E.A)

Move & Save are members of the Ombudsman For Estate Agents (O. A. E.) this provides an independent service for dealing with disputes between member agencies and customers who are buying and selling residential property in the U.K.
